-Information that is collected from social networks and publicly available data: if you visit our online services on a device through which you also interact with social networks or if you interact with us through a social media function such as a plug-in (for example, a Facebook “like” button) then you may be permitting us to have on-going access to some information from your social network profile (such as your name, email address, your friend list, photo, age, gender, location, birthday, social networking ID, current city, and the people/sites you follow ). If you don’t want a social network to collect the information about you as described above, or you don’t want a social network to share it with us and other third parties, please review the privacy settings and instructions of the applicable social network before you visit and use our online services.

6. Where do we use your information?
GG SwingTips Golf is based in the United States and may from time to time transfer your personal information to other countries and make it accessible to any of our affiliates and third party service providers internationally. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including personal information, may be transferred to, and processed, stored and used in the United States. Under United States law, your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States.
By using our online services and providing your personal information to us, you understand and agree that your personal information may be sent to other countries including those which do not provide an equivalent level of information protection as the European Economic Area (EEA).
7. How do we protect information?
Our online services are scanned on a regular basis for known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our online services as safe as possible. However, we make no guarantees as to the security of the online services. No transmission of data is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. Therefore, any transmission of personal information to us is made at your own risk.
We use regular malware scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
8. Do we use ‘cookies’?
Cookies are small text files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For example, we use first party/session cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We use first and third party/persistent cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users and are located at the following location: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/13...
We have implemented the following:
We along with third-party vendors, such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions, and other ad service functions as they relate to our online services.
Opting out: Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising initiative opt out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on. The effect of an opt-out will be to stop targeted advertising, but it will still allow the collection of usage data for certain purposes (e.g., research, analytics, and internal online services operation purposes).
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If you disable cookies, some online services features will be disabled and some of our online services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders.
You may opt out of additional third party advertising networks by going to the Network Advertising Initiative’s Website at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out... and following the directions there. The effect of opting out of third party advertising networks is explained on each opt out page. Information regarding your usage of the online services may still be collected for research, analytics or internal operations purposes. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of any such opt-out options.
9. Third Party Disclosure

California Online Privacy Protection Act
According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
Users are able to change their personal information:
Residents of the State of California may request a list of all third parties to which our online service has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California law) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and want such a list, please contact us at Chief Privacy Officer, Master U LLC, 3750 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada US, 89158, US. For all requests, you must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In the body of your request, please provide enough information for us to determine if this applies to you. You need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via the telephone, email, or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.
Do Not Track
California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how GG SwingTips Golf responds to “Do Not Track” browser settings. GG SwingTips Golf does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created. However, we honor do not track signals as we are technologically able to do and use commercially reasonable efforts not to track, plant cookies or use advertising when a do not track (“DNT”) browser mechanism is in place.
12. How do we handle do not track signals generally?
We honor do not track signals as we are technologically able to do and use commercially reasonable efforts not to track, plant cookies or use advertising when a DNT browser mechanism is in place.
13. Do our online services allow third party behavioral tracking?
It’s also important to note that we allow third party behavioral tracking across all of our online services.
14. Children Online Privacy Protection Act
We do not specifically market to or target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under the age of 13. When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
California minors under 18 years old may request the removal of any information that they posted to GG SwingTips Golf sites by contacting Support@ggswingtipsgolf.com. Upon such request, GG SwingTips Golf will anonymize, or remove from public view, any content posted by such minor to one of its websites, unless required by law to retain such content or information.
15. Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
-We will notify the users via email within 1 business day.
-We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
16. CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:
To be in compliance with CANSPAM we agree to the following:
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and we will promptly remove you from all correspondence.

Thereafter, any and all fees paid for such subscription are non-refundable. Any cancellation thereafter must be provided to us in writing (email ok) and no less than 30 days prior to when you want the cancellation to take effect. Your monthly subscription will terminate effective the end of the next calendar month after such 30 day period.

If you do not let us know in writing by April 14 that you want to cancel the monthly subscription, we will automatically charge your credit card on April 15 for the next month’s subscription fee. That next month’s fee, and every monthly fee thereafter, is non-refundable.
Example of cancellation any time after the Initial Monthly Term: If you send us an email on June 15 letting us know that you want to cancel your monthly subscription, your monthly subscription will terminate effective July 31, and your last payment would be for the month of July.
When subscribing to any of GG SwingTips’s Golf annual subscription offerings available through the online services, all payments are made yearly and in advance. Thereafter, you may cancel your annual subscription at any time during the applicable then current annual term, however, any and all fees paid for such annual subscription are non-refundable. Such cancellation during the then current annual term will stop all automatic charges so that you will no longer be charged for any future annual terms, however you will continue to have access to the applicable online services until the end of such then current annual term.
